JB MDL does not officially endorse any events like ours, which are wholly unofficial activities and organizations, not part of JB MDL or any official part of the Air Force.

Each year we host Operation Cookie Drop at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL).  Operation Cookie Drop brings Holiday Cheer to our dorm/barracks residents who are away from home during the Holiday season. Each December, cookie donors & volunteers come together to help bring this event to life.

JB MDL houses approximately 800 dorm/barracks residents. Dorm/Barrack Residents are single Service Members who are new to the military. For most of these young Service Members, this is their first holiday season away from home.

COVID-19 has given us the opportunity to revamp the program with safety measures in mind while still providing a token of appreciation to our young Service Members.

Help us reach our DECEMBER goal of providing a gift to all our JB MDL dorm/barracks residents by ADOPTING a Service Member!

$15 donation will provide 1 Service Member:

$5 gift card, prepackaged cookie, package of hot cocoa, candy cane, holiday card, a mug, and most important, a message of support from our community members!
